EURORANDO 2011

On 6-9th May, the ERA Presidium, represented by Lis Nielsen, Marcel Grandjean, Juan Mari Feliu and the General Secretary Katerina Husova, visited Andalusia to talk to the local organizers of EURORANDO 2011.

We had two half-day meetings with the organising group, composed of provincial and local government as well as the Mountaineering Federation of Andalusia. Furthermore, we visited Granada, Almeria and the surroundings and walked through the national park of Cabo di Gata.

The preparations for EURORANDO 2011 are going very well and properly. Organisers have hired a special company to arrange accomodation - offers shall be placed online in mid June. Walks and actions are being planned. Sufficient financing of the organisation is arranged.

Provisional agenda:

8-11th October: walks and actions in Almeria

in paralell, ERA Annual and Presidium Meeting in Hotel Envia

12th October: Hiking Events on the National Day of Spain

13-14th October: walking events in Granada

15th October: closing ceremony in and around Granada

Am 6. bis 9. Mai besuchte das EWV Präsidium - vertretet von Lis Nielsen, Marcel Grandjean, Juan Mari Feliu und die Generalsekretärin Katerina Husova - Andalusien, um mit den lokalen Organisatoren über EURORANDO 2011 zu sprechen.

Wir hatten zwei halbtägige Sitzungen mit der organisierenden Gruppe, die aus der Provinz- und Kommunalverwaltung sowie auch die Wanderfederation von Andalusien besteht. Außerdem besuchten wir Granada, Almeria und die Umgebung und wanderten durch den Nationalpark Cabo di Gata.

Die Vorbereitungen für EURORANDO 2011 sind sehr gut und zufriedenstellend. Die Organisatoren haben eine spezielle Firma angeheuert, um eine Unterbringung gesorgt - Angebote sind online Mitte Juni gelegt werden. Ausflüge und Aktionen sind geplant. Ausreichende Finanzierung der Organisation angeordnet ist.

8-11 Oktober: Wanderungen und Aktionen in Almeria

gleichzeitig, ERA Annual Meeting und Präsidium im Hotel Envia

12 Oktober: Wandern Events auf der National Day of Spain

13-14 Oktober: Walking Veranstaltungen in Granada

15 Oktober: Abschlussfeier in und um Granada

Le 6 au 9 mai, le Présidium de la FERP, représentée par Lis Nielsen, Marcel Grandjean, Juan Mari Feliu et le Secrétaire général Katerina Husova, a visité l’Andalousie de parler aux organisateurs locaux de EURORANDO 2011.

Nous avons eu deux séances d’une demi-journée avec le groupe organisateur, composé des administrations provinciales et locales ainsi que la Fédération d’alpinisme de l’Andalousie. En outre, nous avons visité Grenade, Almeria et les environs et se promener dans le parc national de Cabo de Gata.

Les préparatifs pour 2011 sont EURORANDO va tres bien et correctement. Les organisateurs ont confié a une entreprise particuliere a organiser l’hébergement - les offres sont mises en ligne a la mi-Juin. Promenades et actions sont prévues. Financement suffisant de l’organisation est disposée.

meme temps, annuelle conference et séance du Présidium de l’Hôtel Envia

12 octobre: Manifestations de randonnée sur la Journée nationale de l’Espagne

13 et 14 Octobre: épreuves de marche a Grenade

15th Octobre: cérémonie de clôture dans et autour de Grenade
